When you submit a consultation request or use the chat on this site, we collect the name, email address, phone number, and any details about your property or gate that you choose to include. We use this only to respond to your enquiry, prepare a quote, and schedule service.

If you call us, we keep a record of the call and any notes needed to serve you. We do not require you to create an account, and we never ask for payment card details through this website.

Like most websites, we record basic technical information when you visit: IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, the site or advertisement that referred you, and the time of your visit. This comes from cookies and similar technologies.

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, and Google Ads to measure which advertisements lead to enquiries. These services set cookies and receive the technical information described above. Google may use that data in line with its own privacy policy.

Call tracking. If you reach this site by clicking one of our Google advertisements, the phone number shown to you may be replaced with a temporary forwarding number. Calls to that number connect to our normal line, and we and Google receive the fact that a call took place, its duration, and the advertisement that led to it. We use this only to measure advertising performance.

You can opt out of Google Analytics with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on, and adjust advertising personalisation at My Ad Center. Most browsers also let you refuse or delete cookies, though parts of the site may not work as expected if you do.

You may ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under applicable state privacy law.

Enquiries are transmitted over an encrypted connection, and access to customer records is limited to staff who need it. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

This site is intended for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.
